To be eligible, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the item arrives in good condition as described, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded or replaced, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to contact us, and once your request is approved, we will send a new item at no additional cost.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period – European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The same conditions above apply.
